Year 8 Kick Start Workshop

On Tuesday 27 September all Year 8 students were involved in a Kick Start Workshop provided by the external agency LearnSpark.
The workshop provided students with practical strategies to support them in their transition from Primary to Post Primary education. The workshop explored areas such as:
• Preparing for the challenge
• Building resilience and motivation
• Handling challenging and stressful situations
• Creating positive energy
• Making the right lifestyle choices

The workshop has provided students with more confidence and a positive attitude towards their transition to Post Primary education.
