Sentinus event

Congratulations to Jake McKillop and Enzo Murray (Year 13) who presented their prototype Kevlar removal system for Dupont at the Sentinus R&D event in Belfast.

Jake made an excellent presentation at the event which was marked on areas such as sustainability and safety.

The judges commented on how well Jake spoke and said that his delivery could well have been expected from someone who was much more experienced. Our Dupont contact also had high praise for Jake and Enzo’s design and will be preparing a business case for it to see if it could go through to proper production.

We are all so proud of both boys and thanks to Mr Trainor for guiding them through the process.
