Year 8 Admissions Criteria - Key Points

1. Year 8 Admissions Criteria will be published by the Education Authority on 10th December 2025 and will also be available on this website.

2. Special Circumstances and Special Provisions guidelines for Parents/Guardians and relevant forms are now available. Please note that these should not be submitted to individual schools but uploaded via the Education Authority portal when it opens.

3. The Education Authority portal will open from Tuesday 27 January 2026 (12 noon) until Thursday 19 February 2026 (12 noon).
