We understand during these times that you may have fears and anxieties about what the future holds. These could be about your own health, your family, your exams, your friends or anything that causes you to feel anxious or concerned.
Sometimes, to really help deal with stress, you need to take some focused time to think and talk about your worries
Using the worry box is a good way to help manage your stressful feelings - you can focus and think about the things that are making you worry and talk to someone about them.
Using the worry box, you can contact your Head of Year confidentially and they will be able to get back to you in relation to your email.
